Justice, Equity, Inclusion, and
Diversity (JEID) Committee
Rethink Priorities also has a Justice, Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (JEID) Committee that helps ensure our workplace and work processes are equitable, inclusive, and supportive for people from diverse backgrounds. The committee advises on organizational practices, conducts an annual JEID survey, raises awareness of JEID considerations across the organization, and supports RP’s ability to conduct collaborative, rigorous work.
JEID committee members are RP staff who serve for fixed terms and are selected through an internal process designed to ensure a range of perspectives across the organization.
